What data we collect and why
Contact form. When you send us a message, we store your name, email address and the text of your message so that we can reply. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box next to the form.
Visitor statistics. If you allow it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) for anonymous visitor statistics. Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set. The legal basis is consent.
Technical data. For security reasons, the server logs technical data (IP address, time of access, browser). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to reply, and no longer than 2 years, after which they are deleted. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Who we share data with
- our hosting provider, which stores the website and database on servers in Croatia. We have a data processing agreement with them as required by the GDPR;
- Google Ireland Limited, only with your consent to statistics. Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, write to info(at)suzumesenshi.com.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr) or the data protection authority in your country.
